The right coffee for every taste
Recipes for 2 people:
4 teaspoons of fine, strong coffee
230 ml of water
Rose water (available in pharmacies or in Turkish grocery stores)
about 3 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes
And this is how it is done:
Mix the coffee powder and sugar, then put this in a long-handled coffee pot.
The powder is poured with 150 ml of water and heated. Let this mixture boil up twice. Turkish coffee is always heated 3 times, but not boiled.
Now distribute the coffee and the coffee grounds between 2 mocha cups. Add a few drops of rose water.
