Recipes for 2 people:
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
And this is how it is done:
First heat the milk, do not boil it.
Now mix the sugar with the instant coffee powder and the hot water to a fluffy foam. Mix either with a whisk or a hand mixer. The longer you stir, the lighter the foam will be.
If espresso is to be used instead of instant coffee powder, add a little less water. The espresso must be prepared beforehand.
Now divide the warm milk between 2 glasses. Then pour the coffee foam on top of the milk. The whole thing can be served with cocoa powder, coffee powder or biscuit crumbs.

Now mix the egg yolk with the condensed milk and honey and beat everything together with a whisk or whisk to a firm foam.
