Latte Macchiato

Recipes for 4 people:
4 servings of extra strong, hot espresso
700 ml of cold 1.5% milk

Preparation time: approx. 15 minutes

And this is how it is done:
Prepare 4 large latte macchiato glasses. After the espresso has been prepared, the milk is heated to 60 °. Swirl gently under the steam nozzle with a little steam.

Divide the hot milk into glasses, then carefully pour the espresso over them evenly. Finally, the latte macchiato is served with sugar and a long spoon.
