The right coffee for every taste
Irish Coffee
Recipes for 2 people:
4 tbsp cream
250 ml of hot coffee
4 cl Irish whiskey e.g. Tullamore Dew, Jameson, Paddy, Locke’s or Bushmills
about 3 teaspoons of sugar
Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
And this is how it is done:
Irish coffee glasses should always be preheated. If you don’t have one at hand, use large coffee cups.
Whip the cream until stiff. Now distribute the whiskey and sugar on the preheated glasses and stir. Add the coffee
Now carefully place the cream on the coffee and serve with a straw.

4 El Sahne
250 ml heißer Kaffee
4 cl irischen Whiskey z.B. Tullamore Dew, Jameson, Paddy, Locke’s oder Bushmills
ca. 3 TL Zucker
Zubereitungszeit: ca. 10 Minuten
Und so wird es gemacht:
Irish Coffee Gläser sollten immer vorgewärmt werden. Hat man keine zur Hand, große Kaffeetassen verwenden.
Die Sahne steif schlagen. Nun den Whiskey und den Zucker auf die vorgewärmten Gläser verteilen und umrühren. Den Kaffee hinzufügen
Nun die Sahne auf den Kaffee vorsichtig setzen und mit einem Strohhalm servieren.
